अब जिले के काष्ठ कला उद्यमियों के उत्पादों को पूरे देश के साथ-साथ विदेशों में भी बाजार मुहैया कराया जाएगा। प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा लखनऊ में बने अवध शिल्प ग्राम में स्टाल नंबर 58 जिले के काष्ठ कला उद्यमियों के लिए आरक्षित कर दिया गया है।

बिजनौर के नगीना क्षेत्र का काष्ठ कला उद्योग विदेशों तक में चमक बिखेरता रहा है। लोकसभा चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान धामपुर की सभा में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भी नगीना के काष्ठ कला उद्योग की प्रशंसा की थी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा था कि उन्होंने अपनी मां के मुंह से नगीना की काष्ठ कला के बारे में सुना था, तब प्रधानमंत्री ने इस उद्योग को चमकाने का वादा भी किया था। आज स्थिति यह है कि काष्ठ कला उद्योग की चमक फीकी पड़ रही है।
